Recruitment, Selection and Vetting of Iraqi Security Personnel
Our Iraqi personnel are handpicked through community and family networks, the neighbourhoods of client compounds/areas of operations and on direct referral from trusted sources. This strict recruitment practice ensures, to the greatest possible extent, that all Iraqi personnel have a vested interest in supporting and protecting client personnel as well as each other. Additionally, prior to employment consideration, all Iraqi security personnel must be fully vetted by the Iraq Ministry of the Interior, Basra Intelligence and Basra Operations.
All our expatriate security personnel have extensive experience operating in complex environments, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Iraq for site management roles.
